Our Warranty Commitment
XIDAX stands behind its systems with a strong commitment to long-term service.
Current XIDAX systems include a 2-Year Hardware Warranty on core components along with Lifetime Service & Labor. The lifetime service coverage provides diagnostics and repair labor from XIDAX technicians for as long as the customer owns the system, while hardware coverage follows the applicable warranty terms. Extended parts coverage options are also available.
This approach reflects our confidence in the systems we build and our commitment to supporting customers long after their original purchase.
