Luli Bebé was founded in 2017 by Arpi Kachatryan, inspired by two very special little girls—her daughter Lucy and her niece Lily. Their names became the inspiration behind LULI, a brand created to celebrate the beauty of motherhood while making everyday parenting easier.
What began as a business offering carefully selected European baby brands soon evolved into something much more personal. Driven by her passion for design and her own experiences as a mother, Arpi set out to create a diaper bag that was as fashionable as it was functional.
After months of research, design, and feedback from mothers, the Monaco Diaper Bag was born—a beautifully crafted bag that quickly became a favorite among parents seeking luxury, organization, and versatility.
