Our Story
Kosterina was founded in 2020 by Katerina Mountanos, inspired by her Greek heritage and childhood in Koroni—one of the world’s most renowned olive-growing regions.
Growing up surrounded by fresh, early-harvest olive oil, she experienced firsthand the difference in quality, flavor, and health benefits. But upon returning to the U.S., she found that most olive oils lacked both taste and nutritional value.
That gap sparked a mission:
to bring authentic, antioxidant-rich Greek olive oil to modern consumers.
