It's Not Just a Sunglass. It's DEZI.
Welcome to DEZI, an eyewear brand created for people who believe sunglasses are more than an accessory—they are an expression of confidence, personality, and individual style.
Founded in 2020 by beauty entrepreneur and creative force Desi Perkins, DEZI was born from a simple idea: luxury-looking eyewear should not have to come with an unreachable price tag. Desi's lifelong love of sunglasses inspired her to create the brand she always wanted to wear.
The Story Behind DEZI
Growing up, Desi Perkins understood the transformative power of a great pair of sunglasses.
The right frame can instantly elevate an outfit, change the way you feel, and become an unmistakable part of your personal style. But finding eyewear that combined premium quality, distinctive design, and an accessible price was not always easy.
So Desi decided to create it herself.
DEZI was built around the belief that everyone should have access to beautiful, thoughtfully designed eyewear without paying an excessive luxury markup.
Luxury Without the Luxury Price
At DEZI, we pay attention to the details that make eyewear feel special.
From the weight and balance of a frame to the quality of the lenses, fit, hardware, and finishing touches, every element is considered with intention.
Our sunglasses feature premium materials and carefully developed construction, with many styles using handmade acetate, CR-39 lenses, custom metal details, and 100% UVA/UVB protection.
Our philosophy is simple:
Premium quality should be accessible.
Designed to Make a Statement
DEZI eyewear is designed to be noticed.
Our collections combine timeless silhouettes with modern proportions, architectural lines, bold shapes, and unexpected details. Whether you prefer classic aviators, oversized frames, sleek rectangular designs, cat-eye silhouettes, or jewelry-inspired details, there is a DEZI style designed to complement your personality.
We do not believe there is one definition of style.
Some days call for something understated. Other days call for a frame that does all the talking.
DEZI gives you both.
More Than an Accessory
A pair of sunglasses can change an entire look.
But for us, eyewear represents something bigger: confidence.
DEZI is for the woman who knows who she is and is not afraid to express it. It is for creatives, trendsetters, entrepreneurs, dreamers, and anyone who sees fashion as a form of self-expression.
We create frames that can become part of your identity—not simply something you put on before leaving the house.
Designed With Intention
Every DEZI frame begins with an idea.
We draw inspiration from vintage silhouettes, modern fashion, architectural forms, iconic eyewear, and the effortless confidence of women who create their own rules.
Our design philosophy balances:
- Timeless silhouettes
- Modern proportions
- Premium materials
- Distinctive details
- Comfortable everyday wear
- Strong personal expression
- Accessible luxury
The result is eyewear that feels current without being limited to a single trend.
A Growing Community
DEZI has grown from Desi Perkins' vision into a global eyewear community.
Our frames have been worn by celebrities and public figures including Beyoncé, Selena Gomez, Jenna Ortega, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato, Ciara, Becky G, Jessica Alba, and Alix Earle. DEZI has also been featured by publications including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Forbes, People, WWD, Cosmopolitan, InStyle, and Refinery29.
In 2023, DEZI also became a retail partner of Nordstrom, marking an important milestone in the brand's growth.
Celebrating Representation
DEZI is proudly rooted in Desi's identity, creativity, and community.
The brand's growth has included recognition as a Latina-owned eyewear brand, a milestone that reflects the importance of representation and independent voices within fashion and beauty.
We believe style becomes more meaningful when people are free to see themselves represented and encouraged to express who they are.

The DEZI Woman
She knows what she likes.
She takes up space. She takes risks. She changes her mind. She follows trends when she wants to and ignores them when she doesn't.
Most importantly, she wears what makes her feel like herself.
That is the woman DEZI was created for.
See the World Through DEZI
From everyday essentials to bold statement frames, DEZI is designed to become part of your signature look.
Because the right sunglasses do more than complete an outfit.
They can change the way you see yourself.
