Faith That Belongs in Your Home

At Christian Modern, we believe your faith should be part of the spaces where you live every day.

Christian Modern began in 2023 when Matt painted a simple piece for his own living room: a soft mountain landscape with a single cross at the highest peak. Warm neutral tones, subtle details, and a quiet reminder of faith transformed the atmosphere of the room.

That first painting inspired a bigger idea: Christian art could be deeply meaningful while also feeling beautiful, contemporary, and natural within a modern home.

Today, Christian Modern creates original Christian wall art that brings beloved Biblical stories and Scripture to life through thoughtful, contemporary design.

Where Faith Meets Fine Art

We started Christian Modern because we could not find Christian artwork that balanced spiritual meaning with modern design.

Much of the traditional Christian art available to us felt dated, while contemporary artwork often lacked the deeper meaning we wanted to bring into our home. We believed there was room for something different.

Our collection is designed around that idea: artwork that honors Scripture while fitting naturally into modern interiors.

Our pieces use soft beige, cream, ivory, warm taupe, and earthy tones, creating a neutral aesthetic that can complement a wide variety of spaces and interior styles.

Inspired by Scripture

Every Christian Modern piece begins with a Biblical story, verse, or moment of faith.

Our collection brings scenes such as Jesus Leaves the 99, The Last Supper, Jesus Walks on Water, Noah's Ark, The Good Shepherd, Psalm 23, and Jesus Heals the Bleeding Woman into contemporary visual art.

We aim to capture not only what happened in Scripture, but also the emotion and meaning behind each story.

The result is Christian artwork that can serve as a quiet daily reminder of faith, hope, love, grace, and God's presence.

Original Artwork Made With Care

Every Christian Modern design begins as an original artwork.

Our pieces are produced as gallery-grade giclée prints on premium canvas and professionally framed. Each finished piece is hand-stretched over solid wood, framed, inspected, and prepared in the USA before being shipped to customers.

We believe artwork that is intended to remain in your home for years deserves careful attention at every stage, from the original painting to the finished piece hanging on your wall.

Designed for Modern Homes

Christian art does not have to feel disconnected from the rest of your home.

Our neutral palettes and contemporary compositions are designed to work naturally in living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, entryways, offices, nurseries, prayer corners, and other meaningful spaces throughout the home.

Whether you are looking for a statement piece or something subtle, our collection offers different sizes, orientations, and framing options to help you find artwork that fits your space.

More Than Wall Decor

For us, Christian wall art is not simply decoration.

A painting can become a daily reminder of a Scripture verse, a story from the Bible, or a truth that matters deeply to you. It can create a meaningful focal point in a room and provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your faith.

That is why we create every piece with both meaning and beauty in mind.

A Growing Community

What began with one painting for one living room has grown into a community of more than 50,000 families across all 50 states and countries around the world. Christian Modern's artwork has also reached millions of viewers through social media, where people continue to discover, share, and connect with the stories behind each piece.

Our growing community reminds us that many believers are looking for Christian artwork that reflects both what they believe and how they want their homes to feel.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create Christian art that brings faith into everyday life through beautiful, meaningful design.

We want to make it possible for believers to surround themselves with reminders of Scripture without compromising their personal style or the aesthetic of their home.

Every piece we create carries the same principle that inspired our first painting: faith expressed through quiet, thoughtful art that truly belongs in your home.

Your Faith. Your Home.

Christian Modern exists at the intersection of faith, art, and modern design.

From Biblical stories to Scripture-inspired artwork, each piece is created to bring meaning into the spaces where life happens every day.

Because faith is not only something we practice on Sundays. It can be part of the room where we gather, the space where we rest, and the home where we build our lives.
