Our Story
Akro was founded by renowned Master Perfumer Olivier Cresp and his daughter Anaïs Cresp, combining generations of perfumery expertise with a fresh and unconventional vision.
The idea was born while Anaïs was living in London's vibrant Ladbroke Grove neighborhood. Surrounded by the scents of coffee shops, flower markets, pubs, leather, charcoal grills, and city life, she imagined fragrances that reflected the experiences people truly love rather than traditional perfume conventions. Together with her father, one of the world's most celebrated perfumers, she transformed that vision into a unique fragrance house unlike any other.
A Legacy of Perfumery Excellence
Akro's roots stretch back to the historic perfume traditions of Grasse, often regarded as the birthplace of modern perfumery. Olivier Cresp has spent decades creating some of the world's most iconic fragrances and brings that expertise to every Akro creation.
